Versioned as your life changes
Every amendment creates a new version. A change to your family, your assets, or your executors prompts an update - not a whole new Will.
Two witnesses. The same moment.
A Will is only legally valid if signed correctly. The requirements are straightforward:
- Sign each page in front of two witnesses at the same time.
- Both witnesses must be present when you sign, and each witness signs in your presence.
- Witnesses must be 18 or over and must not be a beneficiary under the Will (or married to one).
NSW members: Remote audio-visual witnessing is available. Heirloom can coordinate an AV signing session so you can sign from home.
All other states: Print your Will, sign in the presence of two eligible witnesses, and follow the step-by-step instructions included with your download.
Solicitor review, included.
Every Will issued through Heirloom Life is subject to a standard solicitor quality review before being issued. For situations that are more complex - business succession, blended families, overseas assets, testamentary trusts - your Vault will flag the specific areas of concern, and you can communicate directly with our partner lawyers through your Vault for a more detailed bespoke engagement.
